Question by dabraham03: How do I connect my Windows Desktop Pc to the internet?
I just got a very old windows pc that runs on windows 98. It works fine the only problem is I dont know how to get internet connection. I have a netgear router in the basement and the computer is upstairs. Is there a way to get wireless internet or even any Internet. If it helps I also have a labtop with wifi help plz.

I don’t know if its worth the hassle but if you really want you may purchase a netgear wireless desktop adapter which you may install in your PC, then a dsl connection.
With your laptop you may need to purchase only a dsl connection then configure your netgear router. then setup your wifi laptop by getting the assigned wep key from your router.
