Question by hippygrll: How do I hook up my router to the modem that is connected to a desktop computer?
My desktop is connected to my cable high speed modem. My router needs to be plugged into the modem where the the modem is connected to the computer. Now where do I plug in my router?

Plug the cable that is currently coming from your modem and going into the computer straight into the router, then run another cable from the back of the router to your PC.

I have a Dell desktop computer. I just bought a new flat screen and it has all kinds of hook up’s available. Can I hook my computer to my tv and use it as a monitor?

If your computer has an S-Video or HDMI output, yes.
You can also do it if your flat screen has a PC input.

I would like to use 2 external monitors for my macbook pro and not use the macbook;s screen. I am currently using one monitor to mirror my macbook but can you use another as a second screen for my primary. Im using snow leopard. Im sure theirs a software that can do it.

You can hook up a second external monitor to your MacBook Pro with a USB display adapter with some limitations:
