I am moving to Germany from the UK. Will my PC and Laptop be ok on their power systems?

Other than the obvious adaptors to switch from the default 3 prong UK plug to the EU variety.

I have a hunch that the power supply is universal, and should work in any country. The laptop though I am less sure about.
