Image by liewcf Question by Derek G: how do i turn up the colour on a lenovo n500 laptop? Best answer: Answer by AlexanderFirstly, there is no such thing a turning up the color. You simply add more colors or allow more colors to be seen. It doesn’t matter what computer you are using. It only matters what operating system you are using. In windows vista, you go to your control panel. Select personalization then click display and change the color to 32 bit which is the highest. On a windows xp you do the same thing except in control panel, you just click display. hope that helps What do you think? Answer below!

Greatest answer: Solution by nemesisYou can not, Remote Desktop permits only for sixteen bit colors to save on bandwidth and driver concerns. I believe the greatest color bit you can go to is 24 bit. Anyway, you are employing generic drivers for the video connection and the video game would not be able to perform properly anyways. So, Why not just perform the game on the Computer locally?
Also in which printers are worried black is just an additional base colour as there so many shades of black so even printing in black the colors are utilised as properly.

And truly printing images utilizes a lot less ink on appropriate photographic paper when you set it up to do so than printing on normal paper which is absorbent.

You ought to look into printers that have 5 or 6 separate colour cartridges and just not one that has three colours in 1. That way you only have to replace 1 single color cartridge as to changing a single that has three colors in it and because you have to substitute it simply because one particular color has run out.

Image by jez` Question by italian-tony: Why do my colour cartridges run out on my Brother printer when I don’t do any colour printing? I have a Brother MFC-3340CN printer and never print in colour and yet every so often the ink runs out on my colour cartridges and I have to replace them before I can print even though the Black cartridge is full. Can anyone tell me why or how to prevent this? Best answer: Answer by computer doctorSounds more like the print jets are drying out and clogging VS running out of ink. Not printing pages can let the jets dry out and clog. However, check the settings on your printer and make sure it’s set to print B & W pages using the black cartridge only. That should be in your printer program somewhere. Know better? Leave your own answer in the comments!

Question by italian-tony: Why do my colour cartridges run out on my Brother printer when I don’t do any colour printing?
I have a Brother MFC-3340CN printer and never print in colour and yet every so often the ink runs out on my colour cartridges and I have to replace them before I can print even though the Black cartridge is full. Can anyone tell me why or how to prevent this?

Best answer:

Answer by computer doctor
Sounds more like the print jets are drying out and clogging VS running out of ink. Not printing pages can let the jets dry out and clog. However, check the settings on your printer and make sure it’s set to print B & W pages using the black cartridge only. That should be in your printer program somewhere.

Question by Bud ha: How do I clean the colour printer heads on my Cannon pixma ip1600 printer? I bought cheap colour cartridges that blocked them. The black is working o.k. so I can still use the printer but it was pretty good printing photo’s before. Thank’s Best answer: Answer by DavidGYou can try to purge the print heads within the maintenance option in printer properties. If that doesn’t work your printer is probably not economic to repair as the print heads would have to be replaced – this would be a factory repair. Sorry Give your answer to this question below!

Image by liewcf Question by reddragon105: How do I get the colour and brightness on my LCD monitor right? I’ve just bought a new LCD monitor and put it alongside my existing LCD monitor. The picture on them both looks good, but somehow I prefer the colours on my older monitor. The display is slightly darker, the colours seem richer. It doesn’t have many set up options, this is just what it looked like when I first got it. The new monitor has lots of settings though – it’s got some preset modes and lots of options to change. I could be here all day messing around with the two monitors to get them to look the same! So how do I even know that the colour and brightness are correct? Are there any websites out there with, say, colour scales on them that I can adjust my monitor to? I’m sure I’ve used something similar before… Best answer: Answer by 2LegsMaloneI haven’t got the foggiest, but your avatar looks a bit like mine. I wonder if you look like me? I’ve tried pressing the “mono colour” button on the printer but it doesn’t work; as I have no colour ink left, it won’t print anything, regardless of the fact that I just need to use the black ink.
