Question by ksg: i cannont connect to the internet via my laptop in my home?
I have a dell inspiron laptop bought 2 weeks ago.
I have a zyxel ngb334w wireless router.
Outwith my home i can connect to wireless internet via my laptop.
In my home i cannot connect to the internet via my laptop.
but can still use the internet with my pc.
when going through the troubleshooting screen it highlights DNS as a problem.

make sure your laptop has wireless software to begin with as some don’t
you might have to call your provider

make sure your little WIRELESS thingy at the left side is in the correct position. It sometimes gets bumped (slides) out of the right spot.
Look on all SIDES of the laptop…if you see the word, WIRELESS, and a tiny knob, slide it to the position.
Then turn off the laptop, and retry.
Mine does, sucked in.
