Question by marz443: how can i get laptop to connect to internet automatically when switched on instead of using functions keys?
i need to press function and F2 to connect to internet and these keys don’t always work and get take many many attempts before i can connect to internet. Is it possible to set laptop to connect automatically when switched on. Thanks for all suggestions.
Its a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo.laptop, windows vista installed.
I’ve done the suto select and connect but it still isn’t doing it!

Now what brand, model number and installed operating system is the lap top ?
Go to network connection settings and properties and set to auto detect and connect to your network.

imho you need to find the ip address of the laptop and add it too your router settings in 192.168.2.1 or whatever your router page settings are thanks
