Your question is not clear enough actually. You are trying to play in US servers with a US key in UK or in UK servers with a US key in UK?
The answer to first one is, you CAN play in US servers with a US key from UK, but the connection will be messed up, plus don’t expect to have any raiding career because of time difference.
Second one though, no, you CAN’T play with US key on UK servers. You have to get a European one.
