it is very easy
i will tell you how
1- turn on your computer
2- when you see welcome screen press ( ALT+CTRL+DEL )
3- there is a window appears asking for username and password
4- type the username ( Administrator )
5- do not put any password and press enter
6- you will get into your computer go to accounts then put a new password in your account instead of the old forgoten password
