Question by xOx Lauren xOx: What is the best laptop to get for under £400 (UK pounds)?
Hi, i am getting a laptop for my birthday but it has to be under 400 pounds (UK money). Does any1 recommend any?? and if you can the ‘pros and cons’ of it.

i have been looking at the Dell website. Has anyone got the ‘Inspiron 1525? it is possible to get it for £399. It seems pretty good just seeing what you think of it??

You can get a great laptop for under £400.
The Inspiron 1525 prices start at £329.

If you don’t plan on playing games on your laptop have a look at the dell inspiration laptops- you can get a good one for under £400
i was going to get one of those but i found loads of reviews that said it wasnt any good for games

this is a really good laptop. i wouldn’t go for a dell, they are too much hyped over nothing. this. is lighter, AND has an integrated webcam. 2GB of memory is gonna get youa really long way over the length of the Dell, and with 3.4Ghz of processor speed, you can play sims 2/ sims 3 when its out with ease. i am also thinking of getting it myself. 200GB hard drive so you can store all your music, software and pictures all in this huge sized hard drive.its wireless so you can connect to a wireless router and it has a HD Widescreen Display for watching your videos and viewing your pictures in high graphics. the nVidia GeForce 7000 graphics card will give you awesome graphics for an awesome pc.
