I think Wal Mart. But it used to be my mom’s computer she got for X mas. But my really old Dell computer died so I got stuck with this stupid e Machine.

    Originally PC world.
It blew up cos fan overheated cos I had it encased in a desk compartment.
I now have a crappy reconditioned one.
I am saving for a new one and would go back to PC world as they were brilliant when I first started using the net and getting virus’s and stuff.

I built my own; most of the parts came from eBuyer. Store-bought computers are okay, they do have the advantage of a warranty but unless it’s a laptop they always use cheap components in desktop PC’s so you don’t get as good a deal as you think.

  30. SpaceMonkey67 on June 14, 2011 at 11:47 pm

    I didn’t.
My mother-in-law got new computers in her office, and gave us one of the old ones. We then took it to my wife’s IT guy at work, and he used cannibalized parts to make it better.
However, internet porn has infested it with spyware and viruses. So now it’s just a step ahead of worthless.
