when I try out to perform a tune that I beforehand acquired, paid for and downloaded I get this media utilization rights window with an “500 inner server error…check out once again afterwards” and my music does not play. I am upset I have hundreds of songs that I have compensated for that wont perform!

    this may help,

    or this

or better still login and use the forum section, seems they have helpful staff to answer problems, if you explain what has happened then they may have a solution to it, it seems it’s based round the licensing, probs just need to re-licence on your new machine or something.
