transfer music using the disc to phone software it keeps telling me to add memory stick or connect USB cable but it is connected……driving me mad! Ive even gone to the Usb connection setting on my phone to enable it

You need a memory stick m2.

Its like a sony memory stick but smaller.

Cost around £40 (UK) for a 1gb stick.

Unplug the cable and try again.

I have the same phone, and a similar thing happens when I print directly from it.

Great phone though.

    They are are a lot easier to get hold of now that they were a couple of months ago. 1Gb should cost about £40-50
    As for your issue with the software I would try reinstalling and see if that helps. I believe that the K800i can be a little tempramental whan connecting to the PC.
