Question by gitghetto: If I connect two monitors to my computer and play a video game on one, what happens to the other?
I have almost no experience with dual monitors, so I was wondering what would happen if I was using two monitors, and started a game on one. Would the game’s video spread across the two screens, stay on one and have the other go black, or stay on one and leave the other entirely alone?

If the game is a full-screen program that supports dual monitors, the game will use both screens. If the game is a non-full-screen program (runs in a window) the other one will be left alone. Otherwise, the other monitor will be blank.
What do you think? Answer below!

Some games that run full screen, will run on the main monitor, the second will run whatever Windows has running on it. However, to get from full screen to the other monitor, you have to ALT-TAB out of the game, then pick whatever monitor you want to go to.
If the game runs windowed, you can move the mouse from monitor to monitor…
