there are no parts in a laptop. inside of your computor is a little man who puts up the display for you.

    Motherboard, Power supply unit, Processor, USB card, Ethernet card, modem, PCMCIA card, speakers, CD/DVD drive to name but a few

    #mainboard
    #battery
    hard-drive
    #cd rom/dvd rom
    #ram
    #lcd
    depending on the make there are several parts…

    i’m a laptop repair techi and so know much about it

    Hi,

    PSU (inc.battery)
    Motherboard
    CPU
    Memory (RAM)
    Hard Drive (HDD)
    Optical Drive (DVD ROM)
    Graphics (either built in or sometimes with top end ones a standalone card)
    Sound (Usually ‘built in’)
    Various ports (USB etc)
    Various wires hooking it all up
    Fans and heatsink
    Also often a spare card slot
    then ofcourse the touch pad, keyboard and monitor.
