go to BT home page you have to download it.

You have obviously activated your account so head to the BT download pages.Bt did until a short while ago have Norton security but have now switched to McAfee.This may show as BT Net protect plus so if you go to the BT Broadband Option page you can select the correct download from there,as in which option you have for Broadband,option 1,2or 3.This when selected removes all of norton if you had that and may well remove the one you have as on installation many options do show up
Don’t worry about it get Avast anti-virus for free, it’s much better.
