   If you want free software I recommend AVG – and spybot – and also ewido.

   Download all three and run them once a week. Some will run all the time some need to be run manually.

   This will protect you from spyware, viruses and varitey of ills.

   try AVG anti virus and Eidos Anti spyware, I tried and am quite satisfied.

   They can be downloaded from their site for free.

   i find AVG and spybot 2 be the best protection 4 your comp.. its free too.. i don’t trust Norton nor Mcafee 2 do the job.. i had 2 many hackers get in using those two.. bummer eh

   i use norton 2004-microsoft defender-spybot-has kept me clean for the last 3 years.

   i use spywere2005 and nod32 work great look on mocosoft.com or co.uk got sent bad virus which went and spread on contact list and it cleared doing no damage
