Tell the police, people who reset things are just as guilty as the thief, if you know who they are you should get it back okay.
Do you have the serial number.?

norton sucks buy mcafee or at least go to there website and download a test trail or a free green light i love the green light its called a site adviser
If it’s part of your internet package deal go to your security setting and download it there.
Don’t use Norton, there are plenty of other programs out there that are much better than Norton. Some of them are free – I use Avast free edition and would not change it for the world.
Go to the Symantec website. Try the FAQ’s; it should tell you how to re-install providing you have your product key. If all else fails, you can phone them and get them to talk you through it. I’ve done it before myself.

I notice a lot of answers are just telling you that Norton sucks etc. rather than giving a proper helpful answer.
The thing is, everybody, if you paid for it you may as well use up the full annual subscription before renewing or changing to something else. Otherwise you really are wasting your money.
I’ve used Norton software for years and had no problems with it.
I assume you either got an account with Norton or passwords of some sort to logon to an account?
Either that, or email them and explain the situation and i’m sure they’ll be able to help you.
Why on earth did you spend good money on buying Norton security? There are much better security software programmes and they are free. AVG Free Edition and Avast are both better than Norton, don’t slow down your computer down or take up as much disc space. I wouldn’t bother trying to get it back, just ditch it and install something decent.
